Who is Remy?
Remy is Remed Assistance's first steel-collar worker. It is an artifical intelligence based virtual assistant programmed to make life easier for our clients.
Remy helps policyholders report any health problems they might experience during their travels in order to receive assistance as quickly as possible, upload documents and book a PCR test appointment.
Remy has won 4 prestigious awards since its launch in 2021:
